HISTORY

In 2003 the long term partnership between CPM International, a renowned multinational project management company and Lucky, a Bulgarian builder with fifteen years of experience resulted in the establishment of CL 2003, one of the fastest growing companies on the Bulgarian real estate development market.

CPM International has gained a reputation of providing the highest level of professional management and consulting services in construction. This reputation was established initially in Bulgaria and later grew throughout South Europe.

Construction Company LUCKY has great experience in design and construction of residential buildings, swimming pools, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, trade and administrative sites in Bulgaria and in Germany.
